For a flat fee listing, we will provide you with a form to complete which will provide us with all the details of your property. It will also be the owners responsibility to provide us with any photos and a description of the property for the public remarks. The owner will also have to hold their own open house if they wish to have one, as well as organize any showings with a realtor who may want to show your house to a potential buyer. We will also provide you with a sign that must be placed in your front yard during the duration of the sale.
